How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to refund you the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, or offer store credit within 15-30 days of receiving your merchandise. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and we will get back to you ASAP.
Please send your unwanted item(s) including your original order invoice to the following address. The sender is responsible for the payment of the shipping label.
To exchange an item please send your original order invoice along with a note of the item you would like to exchange it for:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn. Washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed.
All sale items are final and not eligible for a return or exchange. Sample Sale items are not the same quality of items sold at retail. These items are significantly discounted because they may have printing errors, or other minor imperfections.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your return will be processed the same day and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for UK returns to be processed and 10-21 working days for international returns to be processed.
If you item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise. Please email email@example.com and we will email you a return label to send the item back to be replaced
